I bought a 1217A paper folder. The machine was tricky to use, but once I read the manual closely I got acceptable performance out of the machine. There is a learning curve, but it works well for a machine under $1000.

Our company bought the Rapidfold desktop Letter folder in October we spent $600, it worked good a few times, now it shreds paper, crunches paper. Do not buy
Bought P6200 letter folder. Absolutely did not work. Poorly designed. Unable to clear clogs and paper jams which were frequent. Got an ice cold & indifferent response when I returned the machine to the company. Do not buy! Check out any of their competitors and you'll do much better!
