Tom, the techician, was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was respectful with explaining things. It was a warranty issue and took forever, but Quality Electric was not to blame for the delay. They were great. Things take time and Quality Electric was able to answer all my questions.
They were very quick to service our furnace when it was 10 below zero and blower motor burnt up so we had no heat...very good at there job and made sure all was working 100 percent before finishing the job..would highly recommend them as your service provider

Charged us for a repair they NEVER did. They came to do a quote and charged us $96 for labor. We refused to pay because no labor was performed. Owner took us to small claims court where he's on a first name basis with the Judge. No surprise the judge ruled on his behalf. Also, the owner Larry was there suing 3 other people the same day and the judge ruled on Larry's behalf for those peole as well. I would never recommend him.
Had Chuck from quality electric out to do a install on our garage and barn. He qouted me $2,195.00 on the phone (get the bid in writing) and said it would be done in a week. He worked Wednesday through Friday then called Monday morning and said he wouldnt be able to make it out the rest of the week due to some emergency job they put him on. I was disappointed but understanding. The next Monday comes and I get a call from Chuck saying he wouldn't be able to get back out again until Wednesday or Thursday. I called the office and told them I needed someone out to finish. They sent Steve and he finished the job. About a month and a half went by and I never go a bill. I called the office on two different occasions to get the invoice. When I got it, it was $1,1xx.xx over what I was quoted by Chuck. Avoid this company like the plague, unless you want to wait and be overcharged for shotty work.
