Staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is kept clean and the movies and games are easy to find. An added bonus is that if you find yourself needing a restroom the cleanliness of the store extends to their restrooms.
Great selection of movies and not too hard to find specific titles. Staff sucks though. Rude and not very helpful
Had a late fee. Thought I returned on time. Paid late fee rented more movies asked if I could get verification when I returned the movies. I was told No. Didn't want to get another late fee. Member for five years never had this happen before but if they can't verify my returns don't want to chance it.
