I was seriously sick, when I went in there. They listen and took care of me. So grateful for the kind people and great service!!!
Xray that they wouldn't do. Then charged me almost as much for the cloth brace they gave me as they did the visit. Won't be back.
I am only giving them a 1 because I can't give a 0. I took my son in on the Monday before Labor Day because he was very ill. The nurse practitioner, Amber Long, saw him and prescribed steroids for a sore throat, cough, fever, and congestion. She claimed they were "magic pills." I asked about antibiotics and was told that until they got the strep test back, she didn't feel he needed any. We called the next day because he was worse and we were told she was off, they didn't have the strep test back, and to wait it out. On Wednesday, we called again and were told the same thing even when I explained his throat was nearly swollen shut. Long story short, we took him in for an emergency visit and found out he never should have been given steroids without antibiotics. Steroids lower the immune system and were actually the reason his throat swelled shut, he couldn't breathe, and he became so gravely ill. The doctor advised us to never go back there. As a result, I called Parkview to talk to either an office manager or a doctor to report what happened. The receptionist told me someone would call me back. Almost a month later and still no call, but I definitely got the bill for her nearly killing my son. If you value yourself or your loved ones do not seek medical care here!

Dr John was awesome the staff was very attentive and put me at ease !!
First of all let me say that I am very upset with the care or lack thereof that I received while at Parkview First Care. I traveled 7 hours to visit family and day one I was miserable. I went to First Care because I had severe headache, fever, and my heart rate was sky high. I was told I had a sinus infection but I didn't need an antibiotic that it would run its course. Finally after 3 days I was able to drive back home and I went to my family doctor who correctly diagnosed with me bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis and mono. I now have impacted sinuses due to the negligence of this facility. She quickly put me on an antibiotic and I am finally starting to get better. I will never go back nor will my family go there. SO SAD!!!!!
HORRIBLE!! I've been 3 times. Twice I walked out after 45 minutes of sitting. The last time with my daughter they ran unneeded tests, that my insurance then wouldn't cover, we waited again 45 min then another 45 in the room!! We saw the Dr for 5 min. And then they left the room and didn't tell me where to go if I could leave just left. Will not go back. Plus I hate parkview NE way bc they were my Dr office and told me that they didn't keep correct records on me so if I didn't like it in could go elsewhere. When I contacted customer support thru Parkview they yelled at me and defended the Dr officw. Don't use Parkview!!!
