Service,was slow, they were more interested in getting people in and out quickly rather than talking with ya to help
Customer service is still quite low. The regular employees aren't that bad, but the supervisor needs retrained badly.
Sales people were great but the time we were in there was way too long.. would definitely recommend if you need a new phone or are wanting to switch carriers
