They know they should've had more than one dentist here. It is a long wait and seems the caring is gone too now that there is a new dentist

OK but I didn't get my tooth for the tooth fairy when I got it pulled and I got two prizes because my dentist forgot about it and now I won't get money from the tooth fair!?
They really cared about you being comfortable and talked you through the procedure..I'm very happy with them.
We took our daughter there. Her permanent teeth are growing in, but none of her baby teeth are coming out. They were suppose to make an appt with an orthodontist for consultation, a month later, still hadn't heard a thing. I don't think Ladd cares too much.
