Rick's Auto took good care of me. I usually am a guy that swears by doing it yourself, but when your car breaks down an hour from home, it's best to just take it in. Rick's quickly assessed my vehicle and went into replacing my fuel pump for a reasonable price. On top of that, they gave me a military discount, which I truly appreciate! Rick treated our repair with the utmost integrity. We had a problem with the original repair and Rick would not even negotiate with the charge. He changed the invoice to zero owed. I tried to give him half the costs of the damaged parts that were needed, and he refused. He suggested making donation to his favorite charity instead. This man cares about his customers and the community. He will always have or business. Thank you.
My husband tried to get them to tow a van from our former residence to our current residence. He went in on a Thursday and paid them and explained that the van was facing the house but could easily be pushed back to be hooked up. After numerous excuses and promises of "we will get it done today" he finally had to go in on Monday and demand his money back. I have had several friends tell me after that they have had bad eperiences as well. I wouldn't suggest that anyone use them.
They towed my car and fixed it well. Very reasonable.
